Cancellation/ Rescheduling policies

If for any reason you need to cancel your session, please contact me right away! I fully understand that sometimes life happens. I appreciate my clients understanding and cooperation with letting me know as soon as possible whether they need to cancel a session. All sessions require a non- refundable deposit upon booking.

These deposits are absolutely non-refundable!

You may reschedule your session without losing your deposit so long as I am given advanced notice. I may reschedule your session in the event of severe weather.  Rain and/or high wind can be means for rescheduling a session. Cloudy weather is not a reason to reschedule.

Refunds

​

I do NOT issue refunds! Only retakes. A refund will only be issued in extreme situations for weddings, or special events where retakes are not an option. By scheduling a session with me you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

 

 

 

Travel fees 

​

Travel fees apply for all sessions. Any session that is more than 25 miles from the 22630-zip code will be charged a $20 flat rate travel fee.
